Not only do you need to have goals and have put them down in written form, you also need a plan of action to accomplish these goals. That means you need the kicker, the ball and the goal posts in place in order to achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself, right? But wait, there’s still one more thing you need to put some real power into your goal setting and achievement program and that’s a specific timetable for their fulfillment. After all, if a player boots the ball through the uprights after the clock has expired, does the kick count? Its one thing to push yourself right to the limit but quite another to stress yourself out so badly that you give up or quit altogether.

How:
Online Coaching Packages: Includes Daily Workouts, motivational Quotes, Weekly Assignments that must be turned in included times for workouts. Accountability will not be an option.
Goal Package 1: A specific workout everyday that focuses on your first week assessment testing. A nutrition tracking program and goal specific guidance. Weekly homework assignments and a specific performance goal and a specific mental improvement goal. Example: Increasing your 400 m by 15 seconds. Becoming accountable to yourself and building your inner strength along with your outer strength.

Goal Package 2: Training for your 1st 1/2 Marathon or Marathon. Learning how to set goals and a daily workout, homework assignment, and weekly goal check ins.

Goal Package 3: Specific Skill Training. Customized options.

Goal Coaching Packages: You workout everyday, you have goals, you eat well, but you are still not satisfied with what you are accomplishing. Skill or a certain Workout you want to get better at. Goal Coaching may be the right program for. ACCOUNTABILITY is the Foundation and Motivation is the tool. Action and Discipline Deliver the Results. Combine all the forces and the possibilities are endless. 6 week/12 week Packages Available.
